A consultancy for businesses that have outgrown the way they run.

We are brought into businesses that already work — that have customers, a reputation and people who know their trade — but that are held together by memory, spreadsheets and two or three people who can never be away for a week.

What we do about it is unusual only in that we do not stop at the recommendation. We learn how the business really runs by interviewing the people who do the work and reading the documents that already exist. We map the process and fix what is broken in it. Then we build: software shaped around the work, with automation and AI put where they take real work off real people, and left out where they would not.

Everything we learn is written down in your own language and it belongs to you — your expertise, the record of the jobs you have done, and the way work moves from one person to the next. It is never sold, never pooled and never used to train anything for anybody else, and it leaves with you if you leave us.

We work in the open. From the first day you have a portal showing every project and every request at the stage it is really at, and you can connect your own Claude to it and ask. Work goes live a piece at a time, so the first part is earning before the second is built.
