The offer
Four steps, and you can stop after any of them.
This is for a business that already works. You have customers, a reputation and people who know their trade. What you do not have is a way of running the place that does not depend on two or three people remembering everything — the same information typed into three places, nobody able to say what state a job is really at, one person who cannot take a week off without the week going wrong.
None of that is a software problem to begin with. It is a question about how work moves through a business, and it has to be answered on paper before anybody writes anything. So that is where we start, and we do not ask you to commit to the rest of it before you have seen what the first step turns up.
Discovery
Two weeks · fixed price · no commitment to go further
We spend two weeks with the people who actually do the work. We sit with them, watch what arrives and what they do with it, and read the documents you already have. We are after how the business really runs on a bad week, not how the handbook says it runs.
You get: A written map of how work moves through your business, a list of what is worth automating in the order worth doing it, and a fixed price for the first build. Yours to keep whether or not you take it further.
Build
Six to eight weeks a stage · agreed before it starts · stop after any stage
We take the first thing on the list and build it. One piece at a time, each one in use and earning before the next is started, so you are never carrying a half-finished project.
You get: One piece of work live and in use, built around how your people already work rather than a product they have to adopt. Every stage is agreed before it begins, so there is no open cheque.
Hand over
At the end of each build · included
Once the stage is paid for, what we built is yours, and so is the written record of how your business works that we produced along the way. Your people are shown how it works by whoever built it.
You get: Ownership, the record, and no lock-in. We are not a dependency you cannot leave — that is deliberate, and it is in our terms.
Run it
One monthly fee · cancel on a month’s notice
Most businesses want us to stay, because the work never stops changing. From day one you have your own portal: every project and every request at the stage it is really at, with a standing day of change work each month.
You get: The thing kept running and kept current — hosting, the platform it runs on, monitoring, backups, updates and support inside the one monthly figure — a portal your people can raise a request in, and a connection that lets your own Claude read a job without opening the site.
What it costs
Discovery is a fixed price. Each build stage is agreed before it starts. Running it is one monthly fee you can cancel on a month’s notice — hosting, the platform it runs on, monitoring, backups, updates and support, all of it inside that one figure and nothing added on top. We will send you the written offer with the figures on it — there is nothing to negotiate your way into.
Ask us for the offerWhat we ask of you
- Two weeks of access to the people who do the work, rather than their managers’ account of it.
- One person who can decide. Not a committee. The work moves at the speed of the slowest approval.
- Honesty about a bad week. We are no use to you if we are shown the tidy version.
Tell us what your business is struggling with.
No pitch deck and no discovery fee. A conversation about what is not working, and an honest answer about whether we are the people to fix it.
